We Only Ship to 48 Continental US States, We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We charge for shipping on most of our plants and supplies. Some products come with free shipping already included in the price of the product. Just look at the top of each product page to see if shipping is included in the price.

Pond Plants and snails are shipped Monday thru Wednesday from March until the weather gets bad in late fall. We use Fed-Ex Ground on plants and UPS ground for pond supplies. Fish ship UPS next day air. We will not ship to PO Boxes! If you are in located on the west coast it may take 3 or 4 days to get your plants. East coast, is typically 2 days.

The lilies we ship are semi-mature. The size of the lily pads vary depending on the variety of the lily.  Most arrive with flower blooms but some may fall off from transplant shock. This year's blooms will be small as a new root system needs to become established first. Next year your blooms will be large and beautiful.

Plants are shipped "bare root" or "soil-less". Our guarantee is for arrival of healthy, viable plants. If you should receive a plant that appears to be in unhealthy or in damaged condition, we must be notified by e-mail or within 24 hours of your receipt of the plant. You must also take a picture or digital image of the plants shipped to you so we can verify your claim. If not your plants will not be replaced. Some plants varieties are light sensitive and may appear slightly brown or lifeless from a day or two from no light and the stress of shipping. They will come back fine after a few weeks.

Pond Snails are shipped from our breeder in Ohio. We cannot guarantee the live delivery of every single snail with Fed-Ex Ground shipping due to cargo area temperatures that may get over 120 degrees when traveling through the desert, or in heat waves anywhere in the US. 95% of the time your pond snails will all arrive in good condition. If you receive an order of snails and things just don't look right, take a picture or digital image of your order and contact us right away by sending your images through e-mail. After verifying your claim we will send you out a new order right away!

Pond Fish are shipped out every Tuesday for UPS next day delivery on Wed. We carry a great selection of koi throughout the season. If you receive an order and some of your fish are dead you must send us picture confirmation within 24 hours. Once we verify we will issue you store credit as we will not resend any fish. Our pond fish ship with no problems 98% of the time.
