We do not ship to P.O boxes
Our pond plants and fish ship Monday thru Wednesday during the week This is standard practice for businesses that ship aquatic plants. We cannot risk having a plant sit in a truck somewhere over the weekend. Pond supplies ship Mon-Fri. We ship our aquatic plants from March until the weather forbids in late fall. You can still place an order during the winter months, but your order will not ship until your state is frost free. This ensures that you will receive healthy plants. If you would like your plants shipped out right away we can do that, but the plants will ship with no guarantee.
Aquatic plants and snails are shipped via FedEx. Plants are shipped "bare root" or "soil-less". Our guarantee is for arrival of healthy, viable plants. If you should receive a plant that appears to be in unhealthy or damaged condition, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the plant. Some plants varieties are light sensitive and may appear slightly brown or lifeless from a day or two of no light and the stress of shipping. They will come back fine if you take care of them promptly. If you receive an order that just does not look right. Take a picture with a digital camera and e-mail it to us. once we verify your claim we will send you out a new order right away.
